Terms and Ticket Policy

Useful information about inquiries, event listings, ticket purchases, changes, and support.

Updated September 25, 2026

01 · Website terms

This website introduces Millennial Events, its productions, and ways to make an inquiry. Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not confirm a booking, partnership, venue hold, price, or contract. Project scope and commercial arrangements are agreed separately with the team.

02 · Event information

Portfolio and archive pages describe past work and are not current ticket offers. Use the Tickets page for announced events, then check the linked seller for the latest date, time, venue, lineup, entry requirements, and availability before buying.

03 · Ticket sellers

Ticket links take you to an external seller or the artist's official ticket directory. Purchases are completed on that service, not on this website. The seller's checkout terms, fees, payment methods, and privacy practices apply. Keep your order confirmation and use its support details for order-specific help.

04 · Refunds and changes

Refund, transfer, resale, postponement, and cancellation arrangements depend on the event and ticket seller. Review the terms shown at checkout. For a change affecting a purchased ticket, refer to the seller's or organizer's announcement and contact the support channel on your confirmation. This website does not promise a universal refund or exchange policy.

05 · Accessibility and conduct

Facilities and entry conditions vary by venue. Confirm accessible seating, companion tickets, age restrictions, arrival arrangements, and any accommodation needs with the venue or ticket seller before purchase. Our Accessibility page explains how to report a website barrier.

06 · Website content and contact

Event photographs, artist portraits, logos, and other media belong to their respective owners. Display on this website does not grant permission to reuse them. Use the Contact page to report an incorrect event detail, a media concern, or a website problem, and include the page address so the team can investigate.
