How Millennial Events handles information across its website, event communication, and inquiry forms.

Updated September 25, 2026

01 · About this website

This website presents Millennial Events and its North American event portfolio. This notice explains the information collected through the website's inquiry forms. For a question about your information, use the Contact page and identify your request as a privacy inquiry.

02 · Information collected

An inquiry includes your name, email address, inquiry category, message, and agreement to be contacted. You may also provide a phone number, artist, agency or project, proposed cities, date range, venue, capacity, budget with currency, brand and audience goals, production needs, venue services, or media outlet and deadline. A submission reference and date are recorded with the inquiry. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive personal records in a message.

03 · How information is used

Inquiry details help the Millennial Events team understand your request, assess an opportunity, and contact you about it. Agreeing to contact about an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. The website also uses limited technical information to prevent automated abuse and repeated submissions.

04 · Cookies and analytics

The website does not include a separate advertising or analytics provider. Its AllEvents calendar loads third-party scripts, event content and ticketing features from AllEvents, which receives technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the referring page and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. The site's own fonts, event images and background videos are served by the website. Hosting infrastructure may process request logs to operate and protect the service. External services, including Instagram and ticket sellers, apply their own privacy and cookie practices.

05 · Sharing and service providers

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website's database for the Millennial Events team. The hosting and database infrastructure process this information to provide the service. Inquiry details are not posted publicly. This website does not collect ticket payments; ticket purchases and checkout information are handled by the seller linked from the relevant event.

06 · Retention

An inquiry is saved when the website confirms successful submission. Leaving the page or clearing your browser does not remove that saved record. You can use the Contact page to request that the team correct or delete an inquiry; include its reference if available and the email address you used. Do not send identity documents through the form.

07 · Your choices

Optional fields can be left blank. You can ask the team to stop contacting you about an inquiry, or ask what information it holds about that inquiry, through the Contact page. If you encounter a problem using the form, the site's linked Millennial Events Instagram profile provides another way to reach the team.

08 · Changes and contact

This page will be updated when the website's data handling changes. For questions about a ticket purchase, contact the ticket seller using your order confirmation. For website or inquiry-data questions, contact Millennial Events through the Contact page.
